The analysis may require the original source, device or account, metadata, chronology, corroborating material, expert assistance and proof of how the record was collected and preserved.

Is a screenshot enough to prove a case?
A screenshot can be relevant, but its weight depends on completeness, attribution, integrity and corroboration. Preserving the original device, account, full conversation, file and metadata may materially strengthen the evidence.
Should a suspicious message or account be deleted or blocked?
Immediate safety may require restricting contact, but deleting material can remove evidence. Preserve the full context and account identifiers first, and obtain advice where the matter is urgent or continuing.
Can evidence held by a foreign platform be used in Lebanon?
Potentially. The route depends on the platform, location of the records, available preservation or disclosure procedures, the proceedings and the Lebanese court’s requirements for authenticity and admissibility.
