Law No. 81/2018 is a foundation—not the whole answer.
Lebanon’s Electronic Transactions and Personal Data Law addresses electronic documents, signatures, online commerce and personal data. Real disputes may also engage contract, consumer, tort, criminal, evidentiary and conflict-of-laws rules.
